Do you provide International delivery?

Please supply a working phone number along with your address in the notes to seller portion during checkout. It is required for delivery.
Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. As the seller we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.
The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
International tracking is not available once the order leaves the United States. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage to international packages. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

What is your returns/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our custom orders, all pillows and runners are made to order and not available for returns and/or exchanges. We offer samples on our site if you'd like to color match before committing to an order.
Items available for exchange: fabric by the yard.
If you are not completely satisfied with your fabric, we will happily accept an exchange for store credit. Item(s) being exchanged must be new, in unused condition. Fabric must be uncut and exactly as received. Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with exchanging any merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days (weekends & holidays excluded) for your credit to be processed once the item has been received by us.

In the event there is damage to your package caused by mishandling by the post office, buyer is responsible for filing a claim against the USPS if insurance was placed on packages. Please also note it is the buyer's responsibility to mention insurance prior to purchasing a listing. Packages do not automatically come insured. The USPS will need the evidence of damage presented to them so please keep packaging in-tacked. If a re-order is needed, buyer is responsible for payment. We do package with care but sometimes mishandling can occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is boxed and ready for shipment, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. You can track all packages at www.usps.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept PayPal and Visa/MasterCard. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal's payment processing. All payments are expected within 48 hours of purchase. Your order will not be sent until payment is received. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment at no charge. If you wish to cancel your order after it is in transit, it must be shipped back at buyer's expense.
What are your delivery options?
Items are shipped via USPS Mail - generally within 1-2 business days. Please understand that this could change without notice. Most domestic orders for fabric yardage are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On some occasions we have been known to use UPS Ground shipping depending on weight and distance traveled. International orders for fabric yardage are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. Upgraded shipping options are available. If you would like an alternate shipping handler or need rush shipping, please email before placing your order to make sure we can get your order processed as per your request.
What is considered a custom order?
All pillows, runners, placemats, and towels ordered are considered custom and are made to order. Current turnaround time is 2 weeks. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if a rush order is needed.
