In the event there is damage to your package caused by mishandling by the post office, buyer is responsible for filing a claim against the USPS if insurance was placed on packages. Please also note it is the buyer's responsibility to mention insurance prior to purchasing a listing. Packages do not automatically come insured. The USPS will need the evidence of damage presented to them so please keep packaging in-tacked. If a re-order is needed, buyer is responsible for payment.
